Common or Folk Names: Lavender

Plant Family: Labiate or Lamiaccae (new term)

Origin & Environment: Mediterranean origins. Lavender plants prefers hot summers and dry winds.

Maximum Size: Height 8-10 inches

Common Uses: Calming & soothing, insomnia, fungal infections, wounds, eczema, varicose ulcers, common colds, chronic coughs, asthma, bronchitis, pneumonia, flu, hair growth.

Health Hazards: For external use, when diluted and used in moderation, it is not toxic though, because it contains menthol, it can cause allergic reactions and has some contraindications.

Spiritual Usage: Love, peace, wishes, sleep. Long life, protection, visions, attracting men, clarity of thought, purification

Origin & Environment: European Origin. Can be find in orchards or gardens, preferring temperate climate hot or cold.

Maximum Size: 12-18 inches (height)

Common Uses:   Dermatitis, itchy skin, acne, colds, asthma, cough, flu, pain reduce, muscle aches, strains, depression, anxiety, stress, headaches

Health Hazards:  For external use, when diluted and used in moderation, it is not toxic, though because it contains menthol, it can cause allergic reactions

Spiritual Usage: Help stimulate the conscious mind spiritual protection, uplifts and stimulates the spirit.

I was enroll at a university, studying Health Education, as expected  I was getting the basic health. As you may or may not know, the “general health” that is taught does not truly educate us about what’s really in our foods, products, and etc. The sad part is the general health education is built on educating incorrect knowledge, money, and genocide. While going through this spiritual journey, I discovered what is truly a healthy lifestyle. WHolistic Health. This is a subject that is least discussed, but many overlook that its the key to life. What is wholistic health? It is the science of body, mind, and spirit. Wholistic health is also understood that:


Going through this journey, I began to become fed up on what the system is doing to our people, foods, products, and our bodies. My first vision, having my own health blog to fulfill my purpose on advocating a healthy lifestyle, opening the mind, and uplifting Kings and Queens. Along with that, I discovered my passion , my love, my art. Creating safe and environmental products to my people. I am on a mission to promote the importance of being HEALTH CONSCIOUS.   I then began to reevaluate. What am I doing to work towards my goals? What am I doing to be better? If you have a passion for something that you want to pursue, why be around  people or somewhere who doesn’t support it? I listened to my heart made many more achievements. Did what I did and remove unwanted energy.

Enslavement (1619-PRESENT)

It’s crazy how we as the black community suffer from brainwash activities. Truth is, slavery really wasn’t abolished, it was advanced. Advanced with new tactics, same strategies, and ideas by white supremacists (THE OPPRESSOR).

Let’s get this straight, EUROPEANS DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE BLACK COMMUNITY. They honestly want us all to suffer and deteriorate. Europeans know that we are the true definition of ROYALTY. We sustain Melanin substance that is used to make all brain cells in the body. Melanin protects from ultraviolet rays and gives us physiological superiority. Europeans hate that with a passion. The European American Culture reinforces white supremacy through its media (tv, radio, newspaper, movies, and science). They depend physically on us for “servitude roles” such as “house nigger jobs” (office workers, soldiers, scientist, professionals, athletes, entertainers, educators, doctors, mayors, elected officials). Along with depending on us for physical entertainment (actors, singers, music). What really gets me is Europeans have this assumption that we are sexually exotic, erotic, savage animals, and etc. Which in reality they are the real pediofiles and sicken animals.


War on Drugs

We live in a fast paced world that is full of hidden history and mind control. All laws and biased opinions are based on the governing system, in other words, “welcome to modern day slavery.” One of the major issues that has been going on in racism is the war on drugs. Question is , what really classifies as a drug? In society, drugs are characterized as a substance which has physiological effect(s) when introduced in the body. Basically saying, that drugs are a substance that affect the person’s physical or mental state. If you really want to get technical, then why do hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and stores still prescribe or sale drugs?

Don’t drugs affect a person’s physical and mental state?

Aren’t prescriptions and “over-the-counters” drugs?

For example, we are so quick to speak negatively about marijuana, but lack evidence on why it is so harmful for you. We would rather go on-and-on about marijuana, but forget that prescriptions and “over-the-counters” lead to harmful chemicals in our bodies that are full of toxic!

Ever wonder why doctors be so quick to prescribed medications instead of actually listening and being concerned?

Why does it seems like it’s always more than one prescriptions all at once? Is it because they want to dose us up and maintain the toxic in our bodies?

Why even take something with no knowledge about it anyways? Do you really know what’s all in it?

And what I don’t get is, why take something with various side effects? If it was truly good for our bodies, why would it cause our body to react negatively?


History of Violence & Children: Beating, Hitting, and Spanking Children


Parents, can you give me a legitimate reason on why you beat, hit, or spank your children?

Did you know Ancient Africans never used physical violence? Instead, they were understanding, they believed in communication, and followed a holistic lifestyle.

So where did beating, hitting and spanking come from?


Europeans, of course. Europeans proudly practiced beating amongst black children, women, and men. Along with raping our people constantly over and over. Europeans considered us as animals and beating was apart of fear and enslavement. Our ancestors suffered day after day!

So as black parents, why do you continue to repeat horrible events just like the oppressor did to our ancestors?

Beating, hitting, and spanking your kids is NOT LOVE.

Honestly, in my opinion it’s a sign of weakness just like the oppressor. Enslaving your children, putting fear and violence is ignorance.

Religion: The Dirty Truth

Did you know the most famous English slave trader, Sir John Hawkins, named his slave ships Angel, Jesus and Grace of God. Hawkins was known to be a religious man who required his crew to “serve God daily.” Services were held on board twice a day.

Sound familiar?

Religion is a tactic that has been used over and over towards the black community. Religion is manipulation game that destroy and overpower your soul. Religion represents enslavement. Religion was a weapon back then and is now.

Frederick Douglass said it best:                   

         “ I am filled with unutterable loathing when I contemplate religious pomp and show, together with horrible inconsistencies, which every where surround me. We have men-stealers for ministers, and cradle-plunderers for church members. The man who wields the blood-clotted cowskin (whip) during the week fills the pulpit on Sunday, and claims to be a minister of meek and lowly Jesus. The man who robs me of my earrings at the end of each week meets me as a class-leader on Sunday morning, to show me the way of life, and the path of salvation. He who sells my sister, for purposes of prostitution, stands forth as the pious advocate of purity. He who proclaims it a religious duty to read the Bible denies me the right of learning to read the name of the God who made me. He who is the religious advocate of marriage robs whole millions (of slaves) of its sacred influence, and leaves them to the ravages of wholesale (moral) pollution. The warm defender of the sacredness of the family relation is the same that scatters whole families, – sundering husbands and wives, parents and children, sisters and brothers, leaving the hut vacant, and the hearth desolate. We see the thief preaching against theft, and the adulterer against adultery. We have men sold to build churches, women sold to support the gospel, and babes sold to purchase Bibles for the poor heathen! all for the glory of God and the good of souls! The slave auctioneer’s bell and the church-going bell chime in with each other, and the bitter cries of the heart-broken slave are drowned in the religious shouts of his pious master. Revivals of religion and revivals in the slave-trade go hand in hand together. The slave prison and the church stand near each other. The clanking of fetters and the rattling of chains in the prison, and the pious psalm and solemn prayer in the church, may be heard at the same time. The dealers in the bodies and souls of men erect their stand in the presence of the pulpit, and they mutually help each other. The dealer gives his blood-stained gold to support the pulpit, and the pulpit, in return, covers his infernal business with the garb of Christianity. Here we have religion and robbery the allies of each other-devils dressed in angels’ robes, and hell presenting the semblance of paradise. For many centuries slavery was perfectly acceptable to Christians. Looking at relevant passages it is clear that the bible does endorse slavery. In the Old Testament God approved the practice and laid down rules for buyers and sellers (Exodus 21:1-11, Leviticus 25:44) Men are at liberty to sell their own daughters (Exodus 21:7). Slaves can be inherited (Leviticus 25:45-6). It is acceptable to beat slaves, since they are property- A MASTER WHO BEATS HIS SLAVE TO DEATH IS NOT PUNISHED AS LONG AS THE SLAVE STAYS ALIVE FOR A DAY OR TWO AS THE LOSS OF THE MASTER’S PROPERTY IS PUNISHMENT ENOUGH.

The New Testament also regards slavery as acceptable as well. It instructs slaves to accept their position with humility (Ephesians 6:5-8) and to please their masters in everything (Titus 2:9, Colossians 3:22) Jesus himself mentioned slavery more than once according to the New Testament, but never with the slightest hint of criticism of it. He even talked highly of the master-slave relationship as a model of the relationship between God and human mankind (Matthew 18:23 and 25:14).

“We are the Natural Healers of this Planet”


What is Holistic or Wholistic?

Holistic and Wholistic are actually used interchangeable because they both represents the science of the body, mind, and spirit. Holistic is a natural healing agent, free from chemical base that focuses on the illness or specific parts of the body, this ancient approach to health considers the whole person and how he or she interacts with his or her environment. It emphasizes the connection of mind, body, and spirit.

Inside history, ancient Africa was the first civilization that used its vast knowledge base to master technology and holistic medicine. The major problem that the Europeans have with African functional research (till this very day) is that it is holistic. This organic and rythmatic conceptualized science is difficult for Europeans to comprehend. So what the Europeans decided to do was devise a way to translate and fragment African science so that they can understand it. They call this translation, ironically, “Research”. EUROPEANS label the research “modern” or a recent discovery. This work “modern” makes you forget that the research was already done.

Keep in mind that I noted that we were the FIRST CIVILIZATION to master holistic medicine.

The medical writings of Imhoetp (Egyptian God of Medicine) are the oldest medical documents written. Imhotep books were stolen from Africa and are presently at Kart Marx University in Liepzig, Germany. He wrote over 10 volumes on holistic treatments, diets, and foods over 2000 years before this Mr. Hippocrates (European father of medicine), who is supposedly the father of medicine, more like the father of destruction on the African race!

 So Why Holistic health?

Holistic medicine is most definitely the healthiest especially for us blacks. As blacks, we have specific nutritional and dietary needs. These nutritional needs arise because we have specific bodily differences as compared to other races and cultures. Like for example, did you know that over 70% of black people (worldwide) cannot digest cattle milk? Statically speaking, we are the only race that have the highest percent (80%) in being “lactose intolerance”?

In addition, the intestinal florae (bacteria, virus, fungus and yeast) that naturally live in our intestines are unique. We assimilate food  in our intestines differently. So yes it does matter what you are putting in your body.

Also note that European orthodox medicine, is a use of synthetic drugs and surgery(only organized to treat symptoms). African medicine was organized wholistically to treat the physical, mental, and spiritual causes of diseases.

The amazing thing about our bodies is whenever the body is overloaded, it tries to get rid of the toxic state. It uses urine and bowel movements to keep it free of toxic. But when these two fail, it uses the skin (bumps, acne, blackheads, herpes, rashes, and measles, smallpox, etc.) to rid itself of toxins. If this fails the body uses the lungs and nasal cavities to get rid of toxins (sinuses, running nose, bronchitis, and etc.) Also the body uses a warning signal such as a headache to notify you of a toxic state.

Starting to make sense huh…

Modern Day Enslavement

So here’s the deal, we are being oppressed and enslaved by whites through our bodies by modern day diet.

Sounds crazy, but think about it…

Why are there so many diseases in the first place?

Why is it after getting over a illness after another, you find yourself being more susceptible getting ill as often?

Why bad foods are cheaper and it continue to sell in our local stores?

Why is it hard finding healthier foods and why are there so expensive?

Why we lack knowledge about the Truth?

This dietary enslavement result in diseases, constipation and bodily destruction. Eating this modern junk food (chemical waste) results in the abandonment of Black acculturated diet and a march away from African culture. We as blacks must revolutionize their diets, Africanize European wholistic health treaments and reclaim our bodies.









Health Conscious 101: Decoding Food Labels


Looks Can be Deceiving…

When it comes to trying to live a healthy life, you might come across barriers that lead you to rethinking this “being healthy lifestyle”.

For example, the importance of picking the right foods along with taking the time to read food labels. I’ve been a first-timer before, and I know for a fact that it might seem overwhelming because we put in effort and time to make good decisions for ourselves and families. Then, all of a sudden we are burdened by the foreign language descriptions of nutritional information and ingredients. Causing us to feel confused and frustrated, leading us to just throw items in the cart without actually knowing what we’re really purchasing. If you’re like me, once I see something unfamiliar on label or can’t pronounce it, I know I don’t have any business eating it. But once you get in the swing of things, it’s totally nothing to stress about. All it takes is some researching and positive vibes.

When it comes to food labels, please make sure you be mindful. Especially when it comes to food that pose as the “ultimate” choice pertaining to a healthy diet. Here are a few ingredients you need to beware of:

  • High Fructose Corn Syrup (AKA corn sugar, glucose/fructose syrup, fruit fructose): Mostly all HFCS is made from genetically-modified corn, and is the number one source of calorie consumption in a diet. It has been directly linked to weight gain and the development of diabetes. HFCS is found in soda, salad dressings, breads, cereals, yogurt, and soups.
  • Agave Nectar: Another highly processed sweetener. Agave Nectar contains the highest amount of fructose among all commercial sweeteners. Fructose is mainly broken down in the liver and then converted to fat. Stay away from it! Lunch meats, pizza sauce and condiments.
  • Sodium Nitrite and Sodium Nitrate: Both of these chemicals are used to preserve meats. When added to meats, the nitrates are converted into nitrosamines. Nitrosamines are strongly associated with an increased risk of cancer.
  • Refined Vegetable Oil (soybean oil, corn oil, safflower oil, canola oil and peanut oil): Refined vegetable oils are made by elaborate mechanical and chemical processes to derive the oil from the seeds. The refining process contains chemical solvents, extremely high temperatures, deodorization, and bleaching, which removes the natural vitamins and minerals from the seeds. Also, most vegetable oils are hydrogenated, meaning the mechanical process creates trans fatty acids which are known to contribute to heart disease and some cancers.  Refined Vegetable Oil is found in most processed foods such as crackers, granola bars, baked goods, and standard cooking oils and margarine.
  • Potassium Bromate (“enriched flour”): This ingredient is used as an additive in foods to increase the volume in some breads, rolls and flours. It has been shown to cause cancer in animals and is banned in Canada and several other countries. In some states, a cancer warning is used on the label, and the FDA has asked bakers to “voluntarily” stop using it. Enriched flour is the equivalent to putting pure starch in your system (keep in mind that when added with water, starch turns into a paste; think of how your body tries to digest that!) Your body reacts to enriched flour the same way it reacts to pure sugar, by going on sugar highs and lows. Enriched flour is found in most commercial baked goods in the US, including Wonder Bread, Sunbeam, some Home Pride products and flour.
  • Margarine: Margarine and other hydrogenated oils are packed with trans-fatty acids which is a main cause of coronary and heart disease and other chronic illnesses.
  • Table Salt: Salt is not equal to Sodium. Salt is a chemical. Salt is man-made. Salt is not a natural element that digests properly or does anything nutritious for our bodies. Salt is actually bleached and toxicity levels are so high, it drastically increases blood pressure, causes fluid retention by absorbing water and other fluids in the body (causes gout), taxes the liver and kidneys and causes obesity. Don’t get me wrong, it’s true that our bodies need sodium, but sodium and salt are completely different.
  • Low-Fat & Fat-Free Products:Low-fat negatively affects our bodies because producers add more sugar and preservatives to keep the full-fat need good fat for many reasons: it helps most organs function correctly, benefits the skin, is needed so your body can absorb the fat soluble vitamins A, S, E, and K, helps produce endorphin.
